MONDAY: 8:30-9:15 AM AND 6-6:45 PM

TUESDAY: 6-6:45 PM

WEDNESDAY: 6-6:45 PM

THURSDAY: 7-7:45 PM

COST: $12 PER CLASS

NEW CLASS MEMBERS: REGISTER FOR 8 CLASSES AND RECEIVE YOUR FIRST CLASS AT NO COST.

Personal training pricing:

Based on length of training session, (30, 45 or 60 min), required travel time and number of participants.

Classes and groups of 6 or more would be priced according to the situation, location, and preferred options.
