Meet LeeAnn

I’m a certified Grief Educator with a background rooted in movement, bodywork and deep listening. Before stepping fully into grief education, I worked for years as a Level 2 Crossfit instructor and cupping practitioner. During that time, I witnessed something powerful: so many of my clients were carrying deep emotional wounds, unresolved trauma, and layers of grief in their bodies. The resistance, imbalances, and difficulty recovering weren’t just physical; they were deeply tied to the grief that had not yet been fully processed or released.

That realization changed everything for me.

After a great deal of research I chose to become a Grief Educator out of my belief that healing must include the whole person-mind, body and spirit. Walking alongside others in their grief has become sacred work to me. I know personally how disorienting and isolating grief can be. I also know how truly life transforming it can be to have the support of someone who sees you, hears you, and holds space for your experience without trying to fix or rush it.

As your grief companion, I offer presence, compassion, acceptance, and knowledge to support your journey. I don’t believe in “getting over” grief. Instead, I believe in integrating it so that you can find meaning, strength, and even joy in the life that unfolds after loss.

You don’t have to walk through grief alone. I’m here for you.
