I met LeeAnn a year ago in Bancroft at the LiveFIT Gym. I was nervous but, after meeting LeeAnn I felt at ease. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and encouraging. She honestly knows her stuff. I took my granddaughter to one of LeeAnn’s classes and she loved it! I was sad to see LeeAnn leave us at the gym. If I ever move to Peterborough I would pick her as a trainer all over again. Thank you so much Lee Ann. You are a wonderful person, and an amazing trainer. You are missed everyday. LeeAnn is, quite simply put, the best the trainer you could ask for. She is challenging, motivating and very knowledgeable. I started training with LeeAnn in early 2017 and my husband joined me shortly after. A session with LeeAnn would leave us sweating and physically exhausted, but somehow we wouldn’t notice it because we had just spent the whole time laughing and having fun. LeeAnn will push you hard; she will not let you quit just because it is tough. This made a huge difference for my husband and I, who needed the extra drive to complete the last few reps or just finish the workout. We sometimes get too focused on the end results that we don’t realize the progress that we are making. However, LeeAnn notices every improvement you make and will tell you. That positive encouragement gives you the motivation to keep giving it your all. I would recommend training with LeeAnn to anyone- whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you have been exercising for a long time and want better results. LeeAnn is the key to your success.

I have been receiving functional movement technique sessions from LeeAnn for the past few months during my competitive volleyball season. It has been a definite benefit for pre-tournament preparation as well as post training rehab. The advantages that I have experienced are: increased mobility and range of motion, healing facilitation, elimiation of posture imbalances, reinforced stabiltiy, myofascial release, and injury prevention. There is no doubt that these sessions have enhanced my performance during an intense training season. I would also say that it contributed to my obtaining a position on a university volleyball team by assisting in the maintenance and support of optimal biomechanics. I highly recommend these FMT sessions for any competitive athlete or even those preparing for a recreational sport season.

I was putting some things away in the fridge the other day when my 8 year old son asked me, “How is your back today Mommy?” I thought, “How sweet of you to ask me that.” I answered, “It’s terrific! And I can thank LeeAnn for that!” Just before my 40th birthday, I started feeling terrible. I was sleepy all of the time and gained almost 30 lbs. I have scholiosis and my back started “going out” on a regular basis. There were times that I could hardly move! I went to my doctor and found out that I had a thyroid issue. After doing some research, I learned that exercise was one of the best ways to combat the side effects of thyroid problems. I love to exercise and did all the time but,I knew that I was missing something. After meeting with LeeAnn, I decided to start a CrossFit program designed and assisted by LeeAnn. I started slowly and gradually intensified the workouts. I had been doing the same things for years, but my body wasn’t responding to those old workouts any more. Now, two years later, I can workout like I never imagined! My core is so strong now and my back rarely causes problems. Thanks LeeAnn! My kids thank you too! “Mom gets to play all of the time now!” (BTW, I even beat an 18 year old on a 5k run! Just say’n! :)

Almost two years ago, feeling tired, old and knowing I was severely overweight, LeeAnn convinced me to walk into the gym that she worked at. That day changed my life! LeeAnn was my motivator. She pushed me and challenged me.I swore at her a few times. I laughed when she suggested that I do a burpee. And even then, she encouraged and believed in me. Thank you my friend! Almost two years later I am now attending a crossfit class four days a week. I am stronger, much more confident in my capabilities, and learning every day not to give up.
