Come unwind and nourish your mind, body, and spirit with a relaxing day of community and self-care. Enjoy coffee and snacks, have fun in a pilates class with instructor Jenn Johnson- Zolnierczyk, reflect and learn during a journaling and discussion session with grief educator LeeAnn Freymond, share a delicious lunch together, and end the day with a calming yoga class led by instructor Ally Kervin. It will be a refreshing day of movement, connection, laughter and restoration. We look forward to spending time with you!
